What counts as a transformation? One successful Clara automation run — including when the loop guard skips a write because the formatted value is already correct.

How billing works

You choose or change your plan in the monday.com marketplace when you install Clara or from Installed Apps in your monday account. monday.com handles payment and invoicing.

Two separate limits

Clara usage is governed by two monthly counters:

  1. Clara app plan — transformations Clara will run: Free 50 · Basic 150 · Pro 10,000 · Team 25,000 per month (enforced by Clara before each run).
  2. monday.com account — automation actions on your monday plan (Standard: 250/mo, Pro: 25,000/mo). Marketplace apps like Clara consume ~1 automation action per run.

Clara limits are set below typical monday account ceilings so you are more likely to hit a Clara plan limit (upgrade in Installed Apps) than to exhaust your entire monday automation quota.

If you reach your monthly limit, automations return an error until the next billing period or you upgrade your plan in Installed Apps.
